American driver Shawn Rashid joins VRD Racing by Arden for his second season of the GB3 Championship.

Before his GB3 debut in 2023 with Douglas Motorsport, Rashid began his racing career in the National Formula Ford Championship in 2022. Rashid gained two wins and various podiums, including a win at the famous Formula Ford Festival. This led to his rookie championship title and transition to GB3.

Having shown great results at our off-season winter testing in various locations such as Barcelona, we are looking forward to working with Rashid this season.

The first official GB3 test will begin at Oulton Park on 5th & 6th March, with the first race beginning on 30th March.
